Even though our summer was very short, we had a blast. I'm giving a short summary here of what we did and you all can check out all that stuff as you are looking at the pictures. We used an ABF moving company to transport our belongings to Indianapolis. It was very affordable. It came out to be a lot cheaper than renting a moving truck like Uhaul. We'll definitely use ABF again when we move from Indy to Loma Linda, CA next summer. Our apartment was emptied as of May, 25. After we loaded our things into the moving truck, we stayed with grandma and grandpa in Boca Raton for a week. We ate and and played scrabble all day long. It was so much fun and I really miss doing that with grandma Mina and hanging out with Jake and Casey. We also miss going to beaches these days, but we will have plenty of opportunities when we are in CA next summer.
We arrived in Indy on June 2nd with a rental car. We were in a rental car for over two months down in Miami, but now we needed to buy one since we are all moved in. Searching for a car was not an easy task. It was so stressful, but we found one. We bought a 2005 Ford Fivehundred from the original owner and the car still has roughly three years of warranty. We love the car and Isaac babies it. Buying a Ford was not what we had in mind, we were searching for hondas and toyotas. We are super happy with our AWD Ford.
We went to visit Alla and Asher two hours after we bought the car. Our original plan was to visit CA and WY, but with our move it didn't work instead we went to Waukegan. We were able to do so many fun things together. We went to Wisconsin twice to see the Public Museum in Kenosha and the Jelly Bean factory in Pleasant Praire. We went to Downtown Chicago couple times to the Aquarium and the Lincoln Park Zoo. We filled our days with something to do like going for a ride on a paddle boat at Independence Grove and playing games at the park. We were always going somewhere during the day and after the kids were in bed, we played games in the evening that went into late night. Also, Alla baby-sat Isaac while we were at the Chicago Temple. We could not have asked for a better time. They only live 3 1/2 hrs drive from us and it is a very nice drive.

At nine months!!! 17.7 head cir., 29 inch long, and 19.? lbs. We don't have a scale at home so we will find out his exact weight the next time we visit a pediatrician. Isaac is so...active. He's cruising in his crib and playpen. He can crawl very fast especially chasing after something he is interested in. He loves to walk with our help and climbs onto boxes and goes under our dinner table to play on the floor. He is so smart and funny. He dances to music and waves at us when we wave at him.

We went on a paddle boat at Independence Grove with Alla and Asher and the kids. Isaac fell asleep standing up on the boat as we were on our way back.

After the aquarium, we took a walk to Grant Park. On the way there, it rained a little, but on the way back to the car, we were all soaked in rain. It was a very memorable experience. We didn't really get the chance to explore Downtown Chicago due to bad weather. However, we were able to get some really nice pictures.

What were they doing with their first born?

Isaac with his cousin, Anastasia Patricia Jones (daughter of Alla and Asher Jones). Isaac is 6 weeks older than her. They sure had a lot of fun together in the double stroller and on the floor. We heard people making comments like, " oh beautiful twins"! I just laughed because one has blonde hair and the other has almost black hair and chinki-eye, but they are Jones'!!!

Grandma Mina made us a pie for our 29th b-day! It was delicious!!!

Our last day to enjoy a beach in Boca. Isaac K. wasn't very happy while we were there because we woke him up after a few minutes of falling asleep. He looked very upset in most of our beach pictures that day.

Isaac K. at 8th months! We were at grandma and grandpa Quanstrom's in Boca Raton, FL. We were there from 5/25-6/2 then left from there to Indianapolis, In. Since I did not blog right away, I've forgotten Isaac's 8th months measurements.
